亚洲国际标准舞第五届锦标赛于2012年4月29日至5月1日在北京石景山体育馆隆重举办，来自中国各省、市、自治区以及国外标准舞参赛选手2000余人展开了激烈的角逐。此次亚洲国际标准舞(北京赛区)云集了中国最高水平的选手、组委会邀请了全国著名的专业评审大师等共同见证了这次顶级赛事！
国际摄影学会《国际摄影报》应邀参加了此次赛事全程拍摄任务，选派赴京的12名记者不辞辛苦、积极忘我工作，利用不同角度纪录下了全程精彩，受到舞蹈界高度赞誉。
